Description

Technology advancement allows us to dissect the spatial and temporal changes in the genomic compositions, gene expressions, cell morphologies, and cellular environments during development and disease progression. All various data collections led to the emergence of spatial and temporal genomics as a new avenue of research. There is a significant interest in method development and clinical use of information for cancer diagnosis and treatment, as they may help to elucidate the basis for the heterogeneity of cancer. In this webinar Miriam Merad (Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai), Fei Chen (Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard), and Siyuan Wan (Yale University) will discusses the directions of its further development.
